A person who claims to have inside knowledge has leaked major information about the highly anticipated gaming title "Destiny 2." According to the leaked information, the game will be released with the title "Destiny II: Forge of Hope."
A person who uses the username Inside_leaks took to Reddit to reveal some unreleased information about the yet-to-be announced sequel of the action role-playing game "Destiny." According to the Reddit post, the information came from an employee within Bungie's Administrative ranks. Bungie and High Moon Studies are the game developers behind the hit first-person shooter game.
The leaked inside information suggests that the "Destiny" sequel will be released as "Destiny II: Forge of Hope." The new game is said to be launched in three editions.The first edition "Destiny II: Forge of Hope" will reportedly come with a preorder bonus, the second with a preorder bonus and a special in-game cosmetics. The third "Destiny II: Forge of Hope" edition will come with the bonus and cosmetics along with an Exo Strangers Relic of Necessity 1:2 scale model.
The Reddit post also indicated that the "Destiny 2" release date will be set in Q4 2017. The "Destiny II: Forge of Hope" release date is estimated to be between Nov. 4 - Nov. 18.
The leaked "Destiny II: Forge of Hope" information also revealed that the new game will be released in five video game platforms. "Destiny 2" will be launched for PS4, PS4 Pro, PC, Xbox One and the still unreleased Xbox Scorpio.
The "Destiny II" leaked information also hinted on some major quarterly updates that game developer Bungie is intending to release for the game. The first major "Destiny II" update is said to be released Fall of 2018.
"Destiny II: Forge of Hope" storyline is set after the events that took place in "The Taken King" expansion. "Destiny 2" will also reportedly feature fewer characters compared to the first game.
