"Final Fantasy XV" character creation feature is currently in the works. This has been confirmed by "FF15" video game director Hajime Tabata in a recent interview. Tabata also revealed that the character creation feature will be linked with the multiplayer feature of the game.

Square Enix has announced during the "Final Fantasy" 30th-anniversary event in Tokyo a bevy of "Final Fantasy XV" updates. Included in the updates announced during the event are the much-awaited DLCs featuring Gladiolus, Prompto and Ignis.

Episode Gladiolus is scheduled to be released on March 28 while the Prompto DLC is scheduled in June. Though no release date has been set for the "Final Fantasy XV" Episode Ignis, Tabata already revealed that Ignis' DLC is connected with the RPG's storyline.

In a recent interview with DualShockers, Tabata revealed another feature that the "Final Fantasy XV" development team is currently working on. This feature is the "Final Fantasy XV" character creation feature.

When asked about the possible implementation of the "Final Fantasy 15" character creation feature, Tabata said that it is currently in the works right now. The video game director also revealed that the development team is working to bring the character created in multiplayer mode.

Tabata also discussed that what is available in the current stage of development is to allow players to change a character and morph it into an entirely different one. He also said that the team cannot show it off as it would now wow the readers at its current stage.

DualShockers also featured a photo of the currently being developed "FFXV" character creation feature. According to the report, there are three options currently available; height, face size and amount of muscle.

Tabata also revealed that the team wants to implement the feature in a way that the character created can be played in single-player mode as well as multiplayer mode. No "Final Fantasy XV" character creation feature release date has been announced.
