EA has recently confirmed that "FIFA 18" is heading to Nintendo Switch. Though the specific "FIFA" game has already been announced, no other details were revealed by EA other than the game is custom built for the hybrid video game console.

The collaboration between EA and Nintendo for the release of "FIFA" Nintendo Switch version has already been announced back when the Nintendo hybrid console was unveiled in Tokyo. Back then, EA games only confirmed that "FIFA" is heading to Switch without giving any detail as to what "FIFA" it is.

In an interview during a FIFA event in France, EA's Chief Competition Officer, Peter Moore, finally revealed that what they are working on is "FIFA 18" Nintendo Switch version. The EA CCO also said that the Nintendo Switch "FIFA 18" will probably be released the same time as when the video company will release the latest "FIFA" for other video game consoles.

When prodded for more details, Moore went back to EA's past statement that what will be released for the Nintendo Switch is a custom built version of "FIFA 18." Without divulging any other details, Moore simply said that the company's Vancouver development team will take the helm in custom building the Nintendo Switch "FIFA 18"

Now, a recent Nintendo Switch commercial featuring the upcoming "FIFA 18" Switch version has surfaced online. The new Nintendo Switch video seem to be a Japanese advertisement for the new hybrid console.

In the new video, the graphics of Nintendo Switch "FIFA 18" is close to what video game players are seeing on PS4 and Xbox One. The recent video negated the speculation that the "FIFA 18" Nintendo Switch will be a toned down version of those released for other much powerful video game consoles.

"FIFA 18" Nintendo Switch release date may probably be scheduled in September. No other details about the upcoming Switch game have been announced.
