The excitement over Nintendo's new hybrid video game console is still in the air as video game players are not only waiting for the Nintendo Switch to actually hit the shelves but are also eagerly anticipating the roster of video games to be made available for Switch. So far, numerous video game titles both old and new have already been announced for the Nintendo Switch.

The video game lineup for Nintendo Switch can either make or break the new game console. So far, pundits believe that the success of the hybrid came console is tied with the fate of the new Legend of Zelda video game.

However, the prediction about the fate of the new game console may not hold true. A number of video game developers have already jumped on the Nintendo Switch hype train and have announced to develop their current titles and introduce new ones for the new Nintendo game console.

Though the current lineup of video games for Switch is relatively few, this does not prevent avid video game fans to preorder the new game console. According to reports, major retailers have already posted the Nintendo Switch as unavailable for preorder.

Set to be released on March 3, the Nintendo Switch launch date will go alongside "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild". The motion controlled party game "1-2-Switch will also be a launch title for the Switch with the new "Just Dance 2017".

"The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+" from Nicalis and the "Skylanders: Imaginators" 3d platformer game are also set to become Switch launch titles. Konami has also confirmed that it will be launching its "Super Bomberman R" for Nintendo Switch on March 3.

An April 28 Nintendo Switch launch is scheduled for "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe". Both "Arms" and "Puyo Puyo Tetris" will be launched on spring while "Rime" and "Splatoon 2" are said to be launched for Switch on summer of 2017.
