The "Halo Wars 2" Blitz open beta is will end soon. The free beta started on January 20 and will end on January 30. "Halo Wars 2" open beta is available on Xbox One and PC.
"Halo Wars 2" open beta is free and open to everyone. Contrasting the first "Halo Wars 2" beta released in June 2016, this second one lets you try Blitz, the card-based mode. In "Halo Wars 2" Blitz open beta, players build a deck and then deploy units in an effort to capture and secure control points to score. "Halo Wars 2" Blitz supports matchmaking as well as 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 options.
The progress from the "Halo Wars 2" Blitz beta does not carry forward to the full game. However, players can earn two card packs. The first can be used for logging in and the second for completing your first match, whether the player wins or lose.

In the "Halo Wars 2" Blitz, the players who rack up the highest scores across Xbox One and PC in various playlists will earn card packs. There is a big possibility for the "Halo Wars 2" Blitz to be extended considering that the first "Halo Wars 2" from the previous year was extended. This, however, is not yet officially confirmed.
"Halo Wars 2" will launch in full on February 21. On February 17, those who have bought the $80 "Halo Wars 2" Ultimate Edition can start playing. "Halo Wars 2" is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, and buying it digitally on one platform gives you access to the other for free. In addition, all progress, together with saves and achievements, is available on each platform, according to Gamespot.
