After his debut in "Captain America: Civil War," T'Challa or Black Panther is now coming with a new solo movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The fliming for the "Black Panther" solo flick began recently..

The "Black Panther" film production officially started last week, and some photos taken from the set are now starting to circulate online. One of these photos shows Martin Freeman reprising his role as Everett Ross, Just Jared revealed. There have been plenty of rumors that Freeman will return, but Disney nor Marvel never confirmed anything prior to the movie's principal photography.

The movie is currently filming on set at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Fayette County, Georgia and is expected to end this June. Based on the set photos and reports, the "Black Panther" first scenes depict a UN Meeting which takes place on a rainy day.

Actor Chadwick Boseman, who plays T'Challa/"Black Panther" in the movie, recently dished on some details about the movie, Gamespot reported. He explained that T'Challa was a different hero compared with the likes of Ant-Man or Iron Man, and this would be the strength of the whole film.

"For me, most of the time the darker superhero movies are the ones that I gravitate towards, that I love the most," Boseman said. "I'm glad that the tone of Black Panther may be a little grittier."

In "Black Panther," T'Challa takes over the African nation of Wakanda after his father, T'Chaka, was murdered. Following the events of "Captain America: Civil War," T'Challa teams up with the CIA and the Wakanda's special forces, the Dora Milaje, to stop enemies from challenging his leadership. The movie is set to release on Feb. 16, 2018.
