Much to the delight of nostalgic Nokia fans, the popular brand made its long-awaited comeback in collaboration with HMD Global bringing in an array of jaw-dropping phones including the 2017 iteration of the once iconic Nokia 3310.

Aside from the revived version of the Nokia 3310, HMD Global also introduced Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 phones. For those unaware, HMD Global is a Finnish mobile manufacturer which develops and markets smartphones and feature phones under the coveted Nokia brand. Now, a report from TheIndianExpress suggests the India launch of the aforesaid Android phones and the 3310 feature phone could be announced on Monday, May 8. HMD is expected to host a launch event in New Delhi.

The invite deems the event as "a conversation with Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer, HMD Global," without revealing any sort of details. HMD Global will reportedly announce the India launch date of Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6 and the Nokia 3310 at the said event. However, smartphone enthusiasts will have to wait until the actual launch to figure out the price tags these devices will carry.

Besides the specifications of the new Nokia Android phones, Sarvikas told Gadgets 360 in an interview that the phones' design and software updates will be the real differentiators for the consumers. He alluded to the Nokia 3310 as a product that came straight from the heart noting that it is not exactly a rational product.

Meanwhile, a new Silver color variant of Nokia 6 Android phone has been spotted in a Taiwanese online store. Originally unveiled in China in the Black color variant, the Nokia 6 packed 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It comes bearing a price tag of CNY 1,699, which converts roughly to $246.

Now, a Silver variant of the Nokia 6 has made an appearance on the Yahoo Taiwan online store with a price of TWD 7,790 (roughly $256). The shipping date mentioned on the website is May 10, Gadgets 360 reported. In other words, Nokia is on the verge of unveiling another variant of the Nokia 6.

If the aforesaid listing is anything to go by, the Silver variant of the Nokia 6 will pack 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, under the hood. A few currently unnamed markets are slated to receive the Arte Black special edition, which comprises 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage option.
