Denuvo Database Has Rockstar In The Client List
Denuvo, a Digital Rights Management Services company offers anti-piracy and anti-tamper technologies for software. A recent glitch gave way for unrestricted access into Denuvo's database. This resulted in a leak that Rockstar will be one of Denuvo's clients for its anti-piracy services for PC platforms. This indicates that Rockstar is indeed gearing up for a PC release, as reported by Express.
Leaks Reveal 'Red Dead Redemption 2' PC Version Is In The Making
The leaked information was revealed in RDR2.com. According to the site, the most important aspect of the leak is that Denuvo is a PC only service. Rockstar planning to avail Denuvo's services implies that it is planning something for a PC platform possibly company's upcoming game is "Red Dead Redemption 2."
Will RDR2 PC Version Be A Success As GTA 5?
As the strategy of releasing GTA 5 for console first and later online for PC worked out to be a great achievement, it is no surprise that Rockstar is taking the same route for "Red Dead Redemption 2" as well. However, there has not been any official information from Denuvo or Rockstar. Hence, fans can take the information with a grain of salt. As fall is going to be in a few months, fans can hope to hear more about RDR2 in the coming days.
