Microsoft will be launching the RTS sequel, "Halo Wars 2" in a few weeks and has already made some exciting announcements regarding the game. The game developer 343 Industries also, has recently responded to a lot of fan inquiries in its weekly blog post.

No Map Editor In "Halo Wars 2"

Fans questioned 343 on whether there will be a mapmaker or a map editor in the upcoming sequel. 343 responded that the company has no plans of bringing a map editor to the game as of now. This is indeed disappointing news for a lot of "Halo Wars 2" fans.

Complete Achievement List Is Released

Another, important information that got out through the blog post is the complete list of "Halo Wars 2" achievements. The company has announced that players have to collect a total of 57 achievements, which is worth a combined Gamerscore of 1000. Players will be able to unlock the achievements by accomplishing some of the tasks like the completion of the tutorial, beating campaign mission in both solo as well as the co-op mode, skull collection, playing Blitz cards and more, as reported by Gamerant.

"Halo Wars 2" Is An Xbox Play Anywhere Title

The "Halo Wars 2" will be out on February 21, 2017, for the Xbox One and PC. Gamers can buy the digital copy of the game title under Xbox Play Anywhere on one platform and play it anywhere across the globe.Xbox Play Anywhere saves the all the game saves, and progress, as reported by Xbox achievements.

Ultimate Edition Allows Early Play

Players who have the $80 Ultimate Edition will be able to have their hands on "Halo Wars 2" on February 17, 2017, itself. Players can buy the 1 TB Xbox One S game bundle that will be launched on February 17 for $350 that has the Ultimate Edition, which allows players to start right away.
