Virtual Reality shooter game "Dexed", will be released for the PlayStation VR. The game is developed by Ninja Theory, the video game developer behind Devil May Cry, Heavenly Sword and Hellblade.

The new video game for the PlayStation VR is inspired by the rail shooter game "Panzer Dragoon". The game "Panzer Dragoon" was developed by Team Andromeda and was launched for the Sega Saturn game console on March 10, 1995.

Steam describes "Dexed" as an endless on-rails virtual reality shooter. The game's description also stats that DEXterity is a must in playing the VR game.

The "Dexed" gameplay is quite easy to understand. This does not however mean it's easy to master.

A player is given two blasters at the start of the game. One of the blasters is equipped with a fire ammo and the other is with ice.

In the game, fire destroys ice and ice destroys fire. A player must remain focus to know what blaster to use.

"Dexed" PS VR is an endless arcade mode. Survival is the key, as players need to survive for as long as they can while being bombarded by hordes of enemies. After each try, the player's score is automatically uploaded in the friend's and global leader boards, so bragging rights is up for grabs.

The game has 18 trophies waiting to be unlocked. There are 17 bronze trophies and a single Silver trophy.

PlayStation VR "Dexed" release date is set on Jan. 31 for North America. A Feb. 1 launch is set for Europe. The launch is just in time for the Feb. 5 re-stock of PS VR headsets in major retail stores. The game comes with PlayStation Move support and will cost $9.99 USD.

According to reports, game developer Ninja Theory is currently developing another video game. The next title for the game developer is "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.
