CyberConnect2 rolled out the latest update and added the two most-requested features of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." The developer brought back the eight-player endless battles and the tournament spectator mode.
The "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" studio update 1.08 added eight player Endless Battles. This means that a maximum of eight players can now participate in a single battle. There will be a one-on-one battle for the first two players, the six other players can watch the fight and are on queue.
Whoever loses in the one-on-one battle loses his turn and will be replaced by the spectating player. The order of the player's turn to fight is the same as the player's order when they enter the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" Endless lobby. The winning player can fight until he loses in the battle. The players, instead of being forced to stare at a blank space as they wait for their turn in "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," can now spectate while their opponents are in action, says Saiyan Island.
Other changes in "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" brought by update 1.08 includes nerfing of all characters with broken techniques like Madara, PTS Gaara, PTS Lee, PTS Naruto, EMS Sasuke, Tailed Beast Naruto, Nagato, Gaara, The Last Sasuke, Shino and Pain. In addition, it removes full combo support glitch, unlimited awakening glitch and kunai glitch. Apart from that, all those who rage quit will receive a penalty while their opponent will receive points and a win.
