The latest downloadable content "Dark Souls 3: The Ringed City" has been announced and will be available on March 28 according to Forbes. It is a follow-up to last year's "Ashes of Ariendel" DLC. This latest content is said to be the final DLC for the game.
In the video, the narrator says, "the close of the age of fire, the Ringed City is said to be at world's end, past this heap of rubbish so far as one can go." It refers to an area where the original Dark Souls are housed and also the final boss of the game. This might be the definitive chapter of the series as players make their way to The Ringed City, according to PC Gamer.
Players will be searching for Dark Souls of humanity as they fight brutal enemies along the way. The DLC will also include new cast of characters, new armors, weapons and magic.
Fans of this game might be hoping that "The Ringed City" would take them to Londor and reveal more about the Age of Dark. Whatever the game brings at World's End, it will certainly be as dark as the previous installments by developer FromSoftware.
"Dark Souls 3" is an action role-playing game published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the PS4, Microsoft Windows and Xbox One and was release in March 2016 in japan and April 2016 worldwide. It won the Golden Joystick Awards 2016 for Game of the Year and was also nominated for Best Visual Design, Best Multiplayer Game and Best Gaming Moment.
