Game developers Guerilla Gamers released this week a new trailer for "Horizon; Zero Dawn." The much anticipated Post-Apocalyptic RPG is set in the primitive times where bionic dinosaurs roam the grassy plains. The short trailer shows Aloy as she discovers secrets throughout the story and unravels hidden tribal societies.
Telegiz reports that not only the trailers show glimpse of the game, but also set high expectations for gamers as well. The impressive cinematics and engaging plot has gripped the attention of many viewers. The game's landscape and lands are crisp into detail.
However, little is known about the game's story and not much is revealed in the said trailer. So far, the only known fact about the game is that players will get to explore a world full of mechanize dinosaurs, which players will be hunting mostly in the game.
University Herald reports that Guerilla Games holds all information about the game's characters and storyline. The game developers want the game to be a fresh experience for gamers and encourage them to explore the world for their own.
The story trailer shows Aloy's need to get out from the Sacred Land and look for the people responsible for the turmoil of the planet. Aloy is seen arguing with her tribe and telling them that she has seen the group's leader.
"Horizon: Zero Dawn" is expected to have a unique combat experience as never seen before in gaming. Only armed with a stick to protect the main protagonist from colossal animals, it seems that agility and intelligence is key to fight the mechanical beast.
Guerilla Games has also done an impressive job of combining two contrasting elements. Taking a world rich in nature and filling it with advance-technology monsters. The marriage of the two creates a dynamic combination for both exploration and gameplay.
"Horizon: Zero Dawn" is slated for February 28 and is an exclusive game for the PlayStation 4. Watch the official story trailer below.
