As rumors about the "Injustice: Gods Among Us 2" development continue to spread, a poster that features Batman and The Flash was leaked.

The latest leaked poster has a tagline saying, "Every battle defines you." It was reported that the image was shared to GameStop's store managers and Polygon. The item will allegedly be offered for free to every pre-orders of the unofficial game, according to Polygon.

Furthermore, a speculation started from an unknown source circulated the Internet that the game is on works for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a release date set in March 2017, reported by CNET.

Although the possibility of releasing "Injustice: Gods Among Us 2" remained unclear, fans have noticed that the DC Comics inspired fighting-game director Ed Boon to change his Twitter display image to "II" sign along with a drumroll photo at the background, according to GameSpot.

The NetherRealm Studios director has been known for teasing fans about an upcoming game before its official launching.

On the other hand, the game's first installment was initially launched in April 2013 for PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The company also released an Ultimate Edition that featured enhanced graphics with a downloadable content for PS4 and Xbox One.

The fighting game based on DC Comics is about a fictional universe where Joker launched a nuclear bomb on Metropolis and, deceived Superman that resulted to Lois Lane and their son's death. Because of what happened, Superman hailed himself as a leader of a world government and became a dictator. While, Batman organized a rebel group making all villains and heroes to choose a side.

Moreover, the game was welcomed in the gaming community and has garnered success. Eventually, an Injustice mobile game was also launched for Android and iOS platforms.

As of the moment, Warner Bros. Interactive and its developers haven't release an official statement to address the leaked poster. However, fans are expecting a possible announcement of "Injustice: Gods Among Us 2" during the E3 2016 event.
