A recent report claims that Samsung will offer to its consumers a service called the Samsung Guard S8 Protection Program. Among the privileges included in this program is the free of charge display replacement and perks to name a few.
At the wake of the unveiling of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, reports about specs and features, highlights of the events, and even deals are the usual report. However, an interesting speculation worth noting just surfaced recently. According to the latest speculation hitting the smartphone world, the South Korean tech giant will release a consumer service program dubbed as the Samsung Guard S8 Program.
As reported by Wccftech, this latest program from Samsung will work similar to that of HTC's UH OH program but will offer more. Among the many features that this speculated program boast is the remote support to its users. In addition, repair appointments are also being offered and repair or replacement is done only within two hours.
The warranty period is also increased to an additional year, says CNET. Moreover, the program provides free display replacement. However, the free replacement offer will only be a one-time occurrence. The condition on free display replacement occurring only once is a good move from the company. Samsung cannot keep on replacing your display all the time.
WinFuture reported that the Samsung Guard S8 Protection program is being offered to several regions. The report, however, did not indicate the specific locations where this program is available.
The latest Samsung Guard S8 Program if proven accurate is one of the greatest initiatives the company has ever thought of. Aside from keeping loyal users, the company is also answering in advance the possible questions buyers have in mind before buying the Samsung galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus as well. Currently, the company has not yet released any confirmation or denial about this program.
