The most recent news revealed that "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" would feature new story arcs for the game, as well as an expanded Conton City, soon. In addition, there are speculations that Future Trunks and Blue Vegito will added to the game.

Game producer Masayuki Hirano, in a Crunchyroll interview, revealed that they are already working on the inclusion of these "Dragon Ball Super" characters into "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" prior to the anime's launch. Hirano added that the unwavering requests from fans and players to include the anime characters left Bandai Namco no other choice but to happily comply.

It would also feature Universe 6 god of destruction Champa and his attendant Vados, as well as the fusion of Goku and Vegeta with the use of the Potara Earrings known as Super Saiyan God Blue Vegito. Future Trunks is also expected to be in the upcoming DLC.

Aside from the inclusion of "Dragon Ball Super" characters, the upcoming "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC would introduce new improvements. Reportedly, players can expect a much bigger Toki Toki City. In addition, the increased size of the city would introduce more travel options. Masayuki Hirano also assured that greater players' interaction would be available soon in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2."

Earlier this month, Bandai Namco confirmed the inclusion of two new characters from the "Dragon Ball Super" anime. The team even released gameplay trailers to celebrate their arrival in the "Dragon ball Xenoverse 2." These trailers show Universe 6 god of destruction Champa as well and his attendant Vados.
