There has been lots of free content being added to "Total War: Warhammer" since its initial launch in May 2016, and it seems that Creative Assembly, the game's developer, is not done yet. As per "Total War" official Twitter announcement yesterday, Bretonnia is reportedly coming to "Total War: Warhammer" later this month. It adds as the second of the universe's two major human empires to the fantasy war game.

The conflict has been initially present in the game since day one but it was only to fight and trade with in "Total War: Warhammer" campaign or just as a simpler version in Battle mode. But now, they are completely out and will be heading towards the strategy game for free.

As aforementioned, the faction has been integrated in the game already, so it is seemingly obvious that it would be chosen for a DLC. However, the DLC that came first was the Beastmen and a bunch of other bits. It is said that it is made up of various classes of brave knights and as players send their armor-clad warriors into the battle, all of them will be fighting for honor and glory.

Moreover, as part of this update, Bretonnia will also receive three playable Legendary Lords for campaign mode such as Alberic of Bordeleaux who dreams of seeking the Grail but is bound by duty to his dukedom, the hippogryph-riding King Louen Leoncouer and the Fay Enchantress, the kingdom's sorceress-in-chief.

The ever so chivalrous Bretonnians will be joining the other factions in "Total War: Warhammer" at the end of the month as what the game's title have announced via their twitter account. Players can play the said faction for free on February 28. In addition to that, reports claim that the said release will certainly be accompanied by another update or patch for the game. The details may possibly show up days before the release date.
