To answer fans' questions about the "NieR: Automata," Square Enix hosted a live Q&A with the people behind the game. Present were producer Yosuke Saito, "NieR" creator Yoko Taro and game designer Takahisa Taura.

Apparently, fans want to know how long "NieR: Automata" will be and so they asked producer Yosuke Saito. He replied that it would take 25 hours to reach the true ending. However, completionists will probably take 55 to 60 hours. This will likely take different gameplays on different levels of difficulties, according to GameBolt. In addition, this may require finishing some side quests and going through all the secrets of the game.

"NieR: Automata" will also have multiple endings. "Of course, but they won't be unlocked in the same way as the previous game," Saito said. "You'll have to figure out how to get them on your own." When asked about extra costumes, the producer simply answered that it's a secret.

Although the people behind "NieR: Automata" held back on some of the game's particulars, they seemed to be cryptic about whether a remastering of the original "NieR" will happen. It will likely take time before any confirmation will be announced to fans.

Producer Yosuke Saito did note that there is a possibility of a "NieR" remastering; but it would depend whether "NieR: Automata" "sells like hotcakes." Fans will have to wait for the results of the game's sales before they can be excited about an original "NieR" remake.

It also seems like "NieR: Automata" will also have different genres, as PCGamesN noted. A demo has apparently shown a switch between 3D character action game to something resembling a side-scroller. There also seems to be more genres involved in the game.

"NieR: Automata" will be out on PS4 in March 7. The PC release will happen later this year.
