When "Titanfall 2" was launched, it was disclosed that every map and mode released as DLC would be free. Respawn Entertainment is keeping his word, having detailed "Titanfall 2" upcoming free DLC until March.
In February, Respawn Entertainment will launch "Titanfall 2" Live Fire Mode. This mode is a battle between two teams of six against each other in rounds that only last a minute. In order to win, players must eliminate the opposing team or at least be in possession of the flag when time runs out. In addition, "Titanfall 2" Live Fire Mode will feature maps specially designed for the mode. PCGamer quotes game designer Griffin Dean saying that the new maps are designed to force a battle and focus combat.
Moreover, "Titanfall 2" Live Fire maps are purposely made with measured sightlines, choke points and flank routes. The mode also requires players to have a game plan because the battles are not reactionary encounters. In addition, in "Titanfall 2" Live Fire maps, you know where your opponent is coming from and you must use your abilities and mobility to outsmart and outplay them. You can devastate their ranks if you manage to flank your opponents.
In March, another update in "Titanfall 2" is scheduled to infuse new Prime Titans and cosmetics to the store. In addition, it will implement a patch that will focus on balance adjustments and bug fixes. Moreover, it would bring a new weapon, Pilot execution, and the "Titanfall 1" map Colony. In its blog post, Respawn claimed that the classic map is beginning to look great with a new skin of paint.
"Titanfall 2" is developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It was released in October 2016 for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
