Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro leak saga is all over as the smartphone has been officially listed on the company's Chinese website. Pricing of the said device has not been revealed yet, but pre-orders are expected to start on January 16.
Alongside the already-launched Galaxy C9 Pro and Galaxy C5 Pro, the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro had been spotted earlier this week and last November on benchmarking website AnTuTu. Its official specs conform to what the benchmark site had listed.
Galaxy C7 Pro features a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC together with a 4GB RAM.
Moreover, the Galaxy C7 Pro features a 16-megapixel sensor on both the front and the rear with f/1.9 aperture. Its cameras are capable of recording full-HD videos at 30 FPS. It comes with a 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD and the second SIM slot supports either a nano-SIM card or a microSD one as well.
Note that the slotted antenna lines on the back of the Galaxy C7 Pro, at the top and bottom of the device, which replaces those unappealing white antenna lines that have flawed many handsets' design.
Furthermore, the Galaxy C7 Pro measures 156.5 by 77.2 by 7.0 mm and weighs 172 grams. It is backed by a 3300 mAh non removable battery and features an "always-on" display and Samsung Pay.
The Galaxy C7 Pro was earlier anticipated to cost $199, roughly Rs. 13,600. As aforementioned, the website does not mention the price of the smartphone yet but pre-orders of the Galaxy C7 Pro will start on January 16 in China. It will be available in three color variants which are Maple Leaf Gold, Artic Blue, and Rose Pink.
