"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" players may soon see an exciting update to the game. A new report suggests that new Mission Teams may be added to the title in the near future. Although there is no official confirmation on the report yet, it can keep players of the game busy talking about the potential expansion.

According to Gaming Bolt, the developer of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" continues to work on the title, even if it wasn't as much of a hit as the other installments in the series. Infinity Warfare may also be preparing to launch new paid DLC, as well as the potential new Mission Teams.

The outlet explains that Mission Teams have always been a part of "Call of Duty: Infinity Warfare" and, in the case of players who opt for the multiplayer modes, there are various rewards that lie somewhere in the game. There are very few details about the purported expansion; but if the reports are true, there could be new and exciting challenges for fans to explore.

What a YouTuber Discovered

YouTuber RdJokr recently unearthed some interesting information that could be linked to the alleged new Mission Team for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." According to RdJokr, the upcoming Mission Team may be called "Blood Anvil" and it could feature a man donning body armor.

The armor-clad man also says in the video, "Everything has led you to this - all the missions, all the killing - brings you to us." Unfortunately, there were no other details revealed.

Power Up Gaming suggests that the heavily armored man in the video could potentially be the leader of the new Mission Team. Infinity Ward has yet to officially confirm these reports pointing to the addition of "Blood Anvil" to "Call of Duty: Infinity Warfare."
