"Fallout 4" developer Bethesda has recently released a new 1.5.3 update for PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms.

The year isn't over yet, but fans have seen the game in many ways as the company already released three DLC expansion for the past five months. It started with Automatron, followed by Wasteland Workshop and Far Harbor.

Recently, Xbox One also received the latest patch 1.5 while on Monday, all three game platforms got the 1.5.3 update. It was reported that the developers were planning to release more free updates in the future.

Meanwhile, the latest "Fallout 4" update gives more attention in fixing few problems especially for the mods on Xbox One and will eventually be available to PS4. The mod support was already confirmed to be released in June for PS4 and by the time it takes effect, it will also receive the update, according to GottaBe Mobile.

Aside from giving enhanced support for the DLC expansions, the new update also include bug fixes such as better performance and general stability, daily most popular mods will be filtered and browsing mods made easier. Also, developers have fixed the issue with regards to those plug-ins that won't delete correctly.

The bug related to "The Load Order" menu's file size computation has been fixed along with correcting the captured screenshots that won't load from the mod preview page. There will also be various soundtracks available when browsing mods and players will be able to see the author name and, mod size on the details page, reported by PlayStation LifeStyle.

On the other hand, Bethesda Softworks announced during the E3 2016 that the game will be supporting HTC Vive virtual reality headset and will be launched in 2017. It was reported that the open-world game will be the first to officially get a VR feature, according to The Verge.

As of the moment, PC, PS4, and Xbox One console users can download the 1.5.3 update.
