The official announcements about the Nintendo Switch console came in last month and since then a number of retailers have started accepting Nintendo Switch pre-order offers for the console. The Nintendo Switch console is available for pre-order at the price of $299.99, which includes the console, Doc, Joy-Cons and a Pro-Controller. Fans looking for an additional set of controllers or Joy-Cons have to pay extra for each.
Nintendo Switch Is Running Out Of Stock In Pre-Order Itself
Even after the tragic failure of the Nintendo Wii U home console, fans have been eagerly pre-ordering the latest Nintendo Switch console. Popular retail stores like Target and GameStop have even expressed that more customers have ordered the Nintendo Switch console than what they can provide, as reported by BGR. The retailers are trying hard to bring in more stock of the console so that they don't have to disappoint their customers.
Internet Browser Will Not Be Available on Release Date
On the other hand, the Nintendo Switch console is expected to hit the market on March 3, 2017. Express reports that some of the retailers have even canceled the pre-order for the console. However, GameSpot said that it is working closely to validate each pre-order and cater to customer demands effectively. The report also reveals that Nintendo's President Tatsumi Kimishima has confirmed that the Internet browser will not be available on the date of release of the console. He has also stated that it has been real hard to bring the browser from Wii U to the Switch.
Splatoon 2 Beta Version Will Be Out In March
Though the Nintendo Switch will not be coming with any inbuilt games, 'the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' will be released on the same date. Also, the beta version of Splatoon 2 is expected to be out for a Global Testfire from March 24, 2017, to March 26, 2017. The demand for the Switch is increasing day-by-day. Fans can only hope the retailers are stocked up to meet the demand on March 3, 2017.
