Free Radical Design's co-founder even said that "Star Wars Battlefront 3" game was almost done before it was officially cancelled. There are also many alleged reasons why "Star Wars Battlefront 3" was cancelled back in 2008, but according to Tech Times, Pandemic Studio's unexpected closure "stopped the Battlefront franchise on its tracks."
