A new update for "Pokemon Go" is live now and out this week. The new patch reveals that Nintendo plans to expand the augmented reality game further and Nintendo is currently developing a new "Pokemon Go Plus" watch for the game.
According to Express UK, Android devices receives version 0.55.0 and 1.25.0 for the iOS devices. The game's update comes with features to improve gameplay from the app.
The augmented reality game's patch includes reduced loading time from opening the app on Android phones, better Android connectivity for the game's accessor, and an integrated iOS wheelchair support with Apple Watch.
Meanwhile, dataminers also discovered several upcoming changes in the game. Players from The Silph Road via Redddit uncovered the secrets of the game. The augmented game's APK files shows several references of Gen 2 Pokemons as well as new items.
The Reddit sub-group posted what will be expected for the game's patch. The APK files reveals that a new badge is headed to "Pokemon Go." However, it is referred to the upcoming Gen 2 pokemons.
Players of the mobile app revealed item types called inventory upgrade and an evolutionary requirement for a specific item. The players also believes that there will be a whole new class of items on the way that rewards candy for something.
With that said, many players are expected to have a good time playing the app when the update comes this week. However, Forbes reports that in order for "Pokemon Go" improve greatly in the long run, Nintendo might want to add more in the game.
Some players of the augmented reality game is still awaiting the arrival of NPC battles such as random trainers or adding Team Rocket and Elite Four in the picture. Nintendo might also redefine the battle system so it's more strategic and competitive.
The said features have made any "Pokemon" game successful in nearly two decades of gaming such as "Pokemon Go". But it seems that Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are still making efforts in adding the said features.
