In Capcom's "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," players can stumble across weapons that can be used against enemies like the Baker family and other creatures. However, there are also Repair Kits than can be used on broken weapons, turning them into some of the strongest weapons in "Resident Evil 7."
According to VG24/7, the first Repair Kit can be acquired once gamers can access the yard and the trailer area in "Resident Evil 7." This means fighting in the dissection room, getting the three dog heads, and placing them in the Main House's front door.
Head to the left set of stairs by the main house, and look to the right (ground-level) to find a piece of corrugated metal that's covering "a hole in the base of the house's decking." Remove the metal sheet and crouch, then crawl underneath. Inside the area is a box that can be destroyed by the knife or a bullet, and it contains the first Repair Kit.
You can use the Repair Kit on the Broken Handgun, which is in Zoe's Camper out in the yard, according to Shack News. Simply combine both the Broken Handgun and the Repair Kit to receive the M19 Handgun, which has a 7-round magazine, uses 9mm Parabellum cartridges.
The second Repair Kit in "Resident Evil 7" can be accessed once you have the Snake Key and can access the Testing Area. However, you must also have an in-game treasure photo, which is in the Main House. To get the photo, head to the Master Bedroom, the snake key room located on the second floor of the main hall. Enter the side-room/Storage. In the left side of this room is a treasure photo of a mannequin head on top of a metal structure.
Head to the Testing Area, and avoid the trip wires in the first couple of rooms. The mannequin head you need is in the fourth room that has a cage-like contraption. Interact with the mannequin head to receive the second Repair Kit, which can be used on the Broken Shotgun. Doing so will reward you with the powerful M21 Shotgun.
