Those who have gotten themselves a copy of Capcom's "Resident Evil 7 Biohazard" know by now that the game is teeming with horrors. Even if you managed to survive, chances are there's little left of your sanity.
Becoming Ethan Winters ain't a walk in the park, so to speak -- and the character can regenerate his health that's for sure. However, the amount regenerated varies greatly depending on what difficulty you're playing at. That said, here's a brief guide on health regeneration in "Resident Evil 7."
Easy mode in "Resident Evil 7" isn't always that easy. Health regen-wise, players get to regenerate half of their total health, which is actually a good bargain.
Normal difficulty in RE7 is a bit tricky, as health regenerates quite slowly. Players can only regen about a quarter of their total health, and this is where anxiety commences.
RE7 Health Items
Players crazy enough to go full-on Madhouse have no chance to regenerating their health. The only way to fill those up is to use healing items available all throughout "Resident Evil 7."
A staple in "Resident Evil 7" and by far the easiest healing item to acquire are Herbs. Herbs fill up about a quarter of a player's total health. When you mix a certain Herb with a regular Chem Fluid, you will get the second healing item that's called First Aid Med. This will heal about half of your total health.
The one that offers the most robust regen of all is the Strong First Aid Med, which heals you completely. However, finding its crafting components could make one cry, so be sure you're up for the challenge. Another option is to use Steroid Upgrades, which will increase Ethan's health and recover all of it as well.
