Possibly the best thing about "Final Fantasy XV" is that is chock-full of impressive post-game content, which makes the gameplay far more engaging than most FF games. It's one of those moments that make every gamer grinning and frowning at the same time, considering we all know by now that the brand new installment is not a walk in the park.
The end game requires several powerful weapons to make the enemy break a sweat, and while each player has his own technique, the Dominator, Balmung and Apocalypse are undoubtedly a big help. Here's some information about these weapons and where and how to get them.
Balmung
Considered "Final Fantasy XV's" best post-game sword, the Balmung offers a 248 attack, +3 critical for each hit depending on how low your MP is. Get this impressive sword in the Steyliff Grove dungeon, the same one in Chapter 7 with Aranea. However, it is in Chapter 15 where you actually get it, in the second dungeon area behind the sealed door in the main dungeon. Defeat a hoard of Tonberries and you'll see the sword.
Apocalypse
The Apocalypse is "FF 15's" best two-handed greatsword. Why? Because of this: 332 Attack, +2 Attack and +403 Max HP. This greatsword will make your enemy cry, as it gives a huge damage bonus when your HP is lowered below a third. Get the Apocalypse at the Balouve Mines dungeon, after you open up the sealed door in the post-game. It'll appear when you reach camp.
Dominator
Slaying demons can be a more enjoyable habit if you have a Dominator in tow. It has a 265 Attack, +2 Critical, +298 Max HP and +32 Dark Resistance. This greatsword can be yours in different ways. You can get in the post-game areas of Keycatrich Trench Dungeon upon reaching your first camp, or in the buildings north of Alstor Slough in Duscae.
If for some questionable reason none of these swords help you, head over to RPG Site for more weapon choices. You can also check out Mobile & App's "Final Fantasy XV" guides to achieve peak FFXV.
