The "ARK: Survival Evolved" intended for the PC update was expected to arrive last Jan. 20, however, for some certain reasons, it was moved. The game's Steam Page has announced about the delay and that its anticipated patch will be live on Jan. 30.
The "ARK: Survival Evolved" Steam Community has reached out to its fans via a post. It says that its Patch 254 have a delay but will be released before the month ends. The reason behind is that the Tek Tier patch is bigger than what the team has expected and because of that, they need more time to work on its progress and thereby needing an "internal QA process prior public release." But the team promised its fans that they will soonly enjoy new contents from the said update and that they are getting ready for an extra-special surprise feature from the patch.
Meanwhile, iDigital Times shared some of the confirmed features that the upcoming "ARK: Survival Evolved" patch will have. Some of those will be the alliance chat, crazy hair growth, Tek Tier phase one, new items, seven new Dinos, and much more. Fans have seen some of the forthcoming features being demoed by the Studio Wildcard team.
To add up to its huge number of features, the "ARK: Survival Evolved" v254 Tek Tier patch has an intended delay all because of the recent enhancements it has for the console space. PlayStation 4, for example, has its blue screen issues that need to be addressed. There are also contents needed for the Xbox and PS4 consoles that would offer version equal to v253. Considering this, the patch really needs time, and not to mention, a whole lot of manpower.
The team has made promising developments and despite several issues, the upcoming patch will surely delight its gamers. In the end, players of "ARK: Survival Evolved" will find the worth from waiting with its enhanced features.
