"Destiny" patch updates notes have finally arrived, as a new Iron Banner game mode named "Clash" is revealed. A new update to fix bugs came out today with a limited-time multiplayer game surprise. The games Update 2.5.0.1 patch solves several problems which include one where items are required to finish Patrol activities in the Plaguelands, not dropping as expected.
The "Destiny" patch also cleared out problems on several Xur's Curios which were not available for purchase, which includes "Three of Coins." It also fixed some exploits in the Crucible allowing players to leave battlefield on more than a dozen maps. A rundown of such maps has been listed in the patch which can be seen below.
Patch notes: Fixed an issue that prevented some players from purchasing SRL Momentum gear from the Holiday Collection; fixed an issue with the Snow Dreg and Felwinter Souvenir consumables not recovering to Postmaster; fixed an issue with the recoil stat on Abbadon and Nova Mortis and added invisible physics and kill volumes to stop players from getting out of the intended playable space on: Blind Watch, Cathedral of Dusk, The Burning Shrine, The Drifter, The Dungeons, Exodus Blue, The Cauldron, Frontier, Floating Gardens, Skyline, Memento, Timekeeper, Sandbox and Vertigo.
"Destiny" Iron Banner returns today as well and this time with a new game mode to boot - "Clash." It is the game's version of "Team Deathmatch" which is the first of 2017 Iron Banners. It will be running for a week, which will end on January 24th, Tuesday. Spiffy-looking rewards are to be given away in the week-long event. Check them out below!
Poised to have a big year this 2017, "Destiny" developers Bungie, announce that they are going to release the second installment of the game this year. However, the said launch of "Destiny 2" has no detailed information yet.
