The "Danganronpa" Spinoff announced another good news for its fans. The "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls" which is initially released for PlayStation Vita is now scheduled to release to PlayStation 4.
The Microsoft Window and PlayStaion 4 version of the game was announced previously last year. And recently, NIS America announced that on June 2017, the "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls" PlayStation 4 version will be available on the PlayStation store.
The "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls" game was previously available only on PlayStation Vita when it was launched in September 2015. It is also scheduled to arrive on Steam this 2017, following in the footsteps of the game's main series of murder-mystery Danganronpa visual novels.
The game was developed by Spike Chunsoft. It is set between the events of "Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc" and "Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair." As cited by a Games Spot report, "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls" follows the sister of the first game's protagonist, Makoto Naegi, Komaru and returning character Toko Fukawa as they battle evil Monokuma robots.
"Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls" PlayStation 4 version launching date in North America is set on June 27, 2017 and June 23, 2017 in Europe. On the set date, a limited edition of $55 USD is available in the NIS America Online Store. It includes a copy of the game PlayStation 4 version, collector's box, 32-page hardcover art book, 15-track single-disc original soundtrack with jewel case, Warriors of Hope 4.5-inch diameter tie clip, Warriors of Hope pin, Kurokuma tie, and Kurokuma eyepatch.
No announcement has been made as of writing about a possible release date for the PC version of "Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls." A Microsoft Windows version has been announced last year, but developers continue tokeep mum about any update regarding this version.
