egistered developers will now be able to download iOS 10.2.1 beta 4 and macOS 10.12.3 beta 4 from Apple's developer center or over-the-air, with the proper configuration profile installed, to exploit all of the new features. The initial beta was released on December 14 with a second beta issued before the holiday break while a third beta version was released at the start of this week.
Major changes or feature additions are not mentioned as per the new builds' release notes. However, they are likely to focus solely on maintenance.
