It has been months since the release of iOS 10 and apparently users are simultaneously waiting for the jailbreak too. According to reports, Luca Todesco, a widely known jailbreak creator, has finally tweaked its iOS jailbreak tool as it is now working on the iPhone Special Edition. He then revealed that more devices will be supported soon.
Todesco reportedly announced that the Yalu iOS 10 jailbreak tool is now also working on the iPhone SE. It was through his Twitter account last Jan. 4. He said on his tweet that a fix has been posted for the iPhone SE and 6S with should have a complete support for such devices.
Todesco's creation is globally famous as the Yalu jailbreak tool for both iOS 10 and 10.1.1. It was just last December that the beta versions became available for the public but only on limited group of iPhone and iPad devices.
Note that the beta versions of the Yalu iOS jailbreak tool is only compatible on some devices. It can only be sampled and installed using iPhone 6S, 6S Plus, iPad Pro, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus running on iOS 10.0.1, iOS 10.0.2, iOS 10.0.3, iOS 10.1 and iOS 10.1.1.
As per Todesco's earlier tweet, he restated that the said tool will only work on the mentioned devices since the support cannot be added easily. In addition, he also unveiled that there is a "pretty serious bug" in the Yalu beta version which he wants to fix first before working on adding support for more iOS devices.
Furthermore, he also mentioned that he has no future plans for an iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool. But he admits that he plans to extend the list of iOS devices that will be supported by his Yalu jailbreak tool even though it isn't his priority yet.
