The game developers created Thunder's look with the help of the Nez Perce tribe of the Pacific Northwest region of US. The third upgrade is said to have fixed whatever design mistakes that the game developers committed to creating the overall look of Thunder.

The new update to the free Xbox game is already available in Xbox website. The Legend Of Thunder costume pack is available for free, however, Xbox One players are required to first have Thunder's character unlocked in the video game.
