"Pitch Perfect 3" has been reported to add more Barden Bellas to the cast. Moreover, star-studded cameo appearances are rumored to happen on the third installment of the a Capella franchise. With this, the film is expected to earn more compared to its predecessors.

According to some reports, while the previous casts of the movie were confirmed to return, there are still new cast members expected to add more twist to the story.

Rumors are rife that "High School Musical" sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens and "Glee" pride Leah Michele will be making their way in the film as part of the Barden Bellas.

Hudgens became widely-known for her role as Gabriela Montez in the Disney hit, "High School Musical" series. On the other hand, Michele wowed viewers with her portrayal of Rachel Berry in the 2009 comedy-drama series "Glee."

Aside from Hudgens and Michele's rumored casting, rumors claim that the third series for a Capella movie will feature cameo appearances. Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber were reported to grace the upcoming film with their respective roles. In fact, both stars already appeared in the list of cast members on the "Pitch Perfect 3" IMDb page. However, no official confirmation has been made yet.

As an overview, the 2012 original grossed $113 million worldwide, while "Pitch Perfect 2" has more than doubled that, grossing $286 million worldwide to date on a $29 million budget.The third film is expected to earn more with the rumored star-studded cast.

Anna Kendrick will reprise her starring role in the film alongside Anna Camp and Rebel Wilson, Hailee Steinfeld, Elizabeth Banks, Brittany Snow and Alexis Knapp.

"Pitch Perfect 3" is set to film in Georgia in mid-January 2017, according to a source. It is set for release on Dec. 22, 2017 and will be produced by Paul Brooks of Gold Circle Entertainment and Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks of Brownstone Productions. Vice Lresident of Production Sara Scott will oversee the project for Universal.
