"Teen Wolf" star Dylan O'Brien is getting back to work after a serious injury that happened on set of "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" back in March.

To recall, it was reported that the actor was "in a harness on top of a moving vehicle when he was pulled off the vehicle unexpectedly and hit by another vehicle." The actor suffered a concussion, a facial fracture, and lacerations.

Dylan O'Brien was tied up with his appearances in the movies "Deepwater Horizon", "American Assassin", and "Maze Runner: The Death Cure," and sustained a pretty serious injury while filming the last film. At the time, it was unclear whether he'd return Teen Wolf at all, but the trailers for the show prove he will be back in bits and pieces.

Moreover, executive producer Jeff Davis already confirmed that the actor is officially coming back for the MTV teen series season finale.

"We approached this season with the knowledge that we'd have limited access to Dylan O'Brien because of his burgeoning movie career, and thinking, 'If this is the last 20 episodes of "Teen Wolf", how do we give everyone a really big send-off?'" he told TVLine. "We came up with this story that creates this big mystery about Stiles and the memory of Stiles."

Just recently, Dylan O'Brien gets back to work six months after terrifying motorcycle accident left family and friends fearing the worst. He delighted fans when he was spotted filming scenes for the new action flick Wednesday afternoon in Rome, Italy. The actor, who had some fake cuts on his face, was joined by his co-star Shiva Negar as they filmed inside of a car.

The film follows the rise of a CIA black ops recruit under the instruction of Cold War veteran Stan Hurley. The pair get enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy to investigate a wave of apparently random attacks. Together they discover a pattern in the violence leading them to a joint mission with a lethal Turkish agent to stop a mysterious operative intent on starting a World War in the Middle East.

While Dylan O'Brien begins to work on new projects after his injury, the show that started his career, "Teen Wolf," recently kicked off its final season.
