The much awaited "Fallout 4" DLC "Nuka-World" will be making its way to the game sometime this month.
Bethesda has launched the new patch update 1.7 for "Fallout 4" earlier in Steam this month, which contained a few bug and mod fixes. More importantly, the new update contained support for its upcoming "Nuka-World" expansion.
Other new features include new store art type for Workshop settlements, as well as the ability to delete add-ons on the PS4 console without doing a full uninstall.
The full patch notes can be found on the Steam Community site.
The 1.7 patch update is currently live for Steam users. Console owners would have to wait for the patch to be available for Xbox One and PS4, and will be launched in the next few weeks, according to VG 24/7.
The "Nuka World" DLC, said to be the final story-based expansion for "Fallout 4," is set in an abandoned post-apocalyptic amusement park previously owned by Nuka Cola. Following the war, the park is now overrun by Raiders.
According to Bethesda's Todd Howard, as reported by Game Rant, the massive Nuka-World amusement park can be comparable to real life theme parks like Disney World. The park will be segregated into different themes, much like a real amusement park.
With plenty of new quests to complete, along with new weapons, creatures and Raider types, there are a lot of new stuff to do in the latest expansion.
The "Nuka-World" expansion is confirmed to be the last DLC for "Fallout 4," according to Bethesda's VP for Marketing Pete Hines. There is still no exact date for the expansion, but it was confirmed to drop sometime in August.
In other news, "Fallout 4" PS4 mods are still up in the air, as Bethesda confirmed on its Twitter page that the mods are currently "under evaluation." Hines also said on his own Twitter account that it is unknown whether or not the mods will go through beta testing.
