Fallout 4 has recently released its newest DLC, Far Harbor, which breathed new life into the game. The DLC featured a whole slew of weapons and armors, bringing a whole a new experiece to the already top-notch game.
The new DLC has three endings, and this guide will tell you how to get to the ending with the most rewards, and the least number of deaths.
The Way Life Should Be: Confronting DiMA
The 'best ending' path depends heavily on your decisions, especially during the last two main quests. It is recommended to finish 'The Way Life Should Be' quest first before 'Cleansing The Land'.
After talking to Kasumi and telling her about what you found out, confront DiMA, and tell him that you will keep his secret. DiMA will then suggest a third way to resolve the tensions on the island, opening up a new quest, Reformation. DiMA will also give you the Acadia's Shield, which grants +1 Agility, Intelligence, and Endurance.
Retrieving Martin's Holotapes
The quest requires you to get Martin's holotapes. Go back out into the wastes and head west. When you see a crashed VIM! truck, go around the back and look for a sewer opening, covered by moss. Walk through the moss to enter Martin's old hideout and grab the holotapes. Make sure to get the mother icon as well, and check out the notes lying around. Once that's done, leave the hideout and fast travel back to Acadia and speak to DiMA again, but make sure you finish side quests 'An Execution' and 'What Atom Requires' first, as they will be cancelled.
The Nucleus: Getting High Confessor Tektus' Trust
Go back to the Nucleus. Now you would need to get Tektus to trust you. You can either do odd-jobs for the Children of Atom, or simply give him the launch key, however, you must tell him you are not ready. Talk to Tektus again and show him the recording, and he will trust you enough to be able to lure him to your secret meeting point. Once that's done, head back to where you accessed DiMA's memories, and take a right.
Getting Rid of Tektus
You now have to get rid of Tektus, and you have two options. If you have high charisma, you can simply convince Tektus to leave. If that doesn't work, you would then need to kill him. Stash his dead body in the wall cavity and head back to Acadia.
Close To Home
Once the Reformation quest is complete, DiMA will reward you with 15,000 caps and the 'Protector of Acadia' perk, which grants damage and energy resistance boost when your health is low. Finishing the quest will also open up a new quest, Close to Home. Go speak to Kasumi and you can convince her to either stay in Acadia or return to her family. You also have the option to go back to the Nucleus and talk to Tektus' new replacement. After listening to his speech, talk to him and get Atom's Bulwark, which grants damage and energy resistance when you're feeling rad.
Return to Kasumi's family and Mr. Nakano will give you access to his stash of supplies buried in a shed. Travel back to the Valentine Detective Agency and speak to Ellie to finish the quest.
