The upcoming HTC One M9 has popped up on a retailer's website with full spec details, price information, and seemingly official press renders.

With less than a week to go before the big unveiling on March 1 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, excitement is building up for the next-generation HTC One M9 flagship smartphone.

Amid an abundance of leaks, rumors, and speculation, German retailer Cyberbot has now heated things up even further by posting a retail listing for the HTC One M9 before the smartphone's formal launch. The retailer took down the listing shortly after, but the folks over at Mobile Geeks immortalized the moment and shared a cached copy for the world to see.

There's no guarantee that this brief listing for the HTC One M9 shows the real deal, but the fact that it was pulled soon after suggests that it was released by accident and may have at least some truth to it. Nevertheless, a hefty grain of salt is still advised until HTC makes a formal announcement.

With that cleared up, let's take a look at this listing. Cyberbot lists the full specifications of the purported HTC One M9, and they seem to fall in line with previous rumors. The handset is expected to feature a 5-inch display with a full HD resolution, the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage capacity, a microSD card slot for additional memory, a 20-megapixel rear camera, an UltraPixel front shooter, and a 2,900 mAh battery to keep things up and running. Connectivity options include LTE-A, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS, while Dolby Sound should deliver a quality audio experience. In terms of software, the HTC One M9 should ship with the latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box, with HTC's own Sense UI on top.

Cyberbot listed the HTC One M9 with a price tag of €750, which is the usual price range for high-end flagships with 32GB of storage in Europe.

As previously mentioned, HTC will officially take the wraps off its next-generation One M9 flagship at the end of this week, on March 1, and it will all become clear then. We'll bring you the latest news as soon as it becomes official, so stay tuned. In the meantime, take everything with a grain of salt.
