Full spec details for the upcoming HTC One M9 Hima have again surfaced online, revealing what to expect from the company's next-generation flagship smartphone.
The HTC One M9, unofficially dubbed Hima, is one of the most hotly-anticipated devices of this year and has been the star of countless leaks and reports. The handset will make its official debut on March 1, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 trade show, and is expected to rock top-notch specs and features all around.
As always with highly-anticipated devices, various leaks and reports try to paint a picture of what to expect ahead of the formal unveiling, and the HTC One M9 Hima has now leaked again.
The latest information comes from trusted tipster Upleaks, who has been the source of most leaks regarding unannounced HTC devices. Revealing the full specifications of the device, Upleaks bolsters claims of an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor powering the next-generation HTC One M9, and also adds more details.
According to the tipster, the HTC One M9 Hima will further boast Adreno 430 graphics, 3GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB internal storage configurations, microSD support for additional storage, and a 2,840 mAh battery. Upleaks also bolsters claims that the One M9 would feature a 5-inch full HD display, not a QHD panel as some rumors have indicated.
Other purported specs and features of the upcoming HTC One M9 Hima include a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with Dual LED flash, an UltraPixel front shooter, Android 5.0.2 Lollipop out of the box, and HTC Sense 7. The handset will also support Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.1, VoLTE, and LTE Cat. 6.
Upleaks has a good track record when it comes to the accuracy of leaked information, but any leak should still be treated accordingly. This means that it all remains in the rumor state until HTC makes a formal announcement, so a hefty grain of salt is recommended in the meantime.
With HTC's March 1 event just a couple of weeks away, we'll soon know all there is to know about the mighty One M9 straight from the source. We'll keep you up to date as soon as we know more, so stay tuned.
