Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the second most awaited smartphone of 2013 (if we take into account the iPhone 5S/6 which is expected to debut this Fall), and as the IFA Berlin approaches, the buzz around Galaxy Note 3 is getting bigger.
So far, the rumors were limited to the design and the specifications of the device, but now the reports are being very specific about the device. The latest rumor to hit the blogosphere is that a photo that's making rounds on the Web, has allegedly been taken with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
The photo was spotted by SamMobile and the screenshot of the EXIF data of the image shows that the picture is taken with a Samsung device with model number GT-N7200.
As we know that the Galaxy Note and Note 2 had come with model numbers GT-N7000 and GT-N7100 respectively, so it is quite possible that the Galaxy Note 3 will bear the model number GT-N7200 as N standing for the Note series.
The EXIF data also shows the firmware version of the device as N7200XXUAMEB that we assume to be the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The brightness is recorded at f/2.2 which indicates towards a good camera with around 13-megapixel censor.
It may also be possible that the Galaxy Note 3 will sport the same camera which we have already seen in the Galaxy S4 smartphone.
The photo was taken without firing the flash and we assume that it was intentional as the photo shows a bright outdoor location. The Galaxy Note 3 will come with a flash and there is no doubt in that.
The predecessor of the Galaxy Note 3 was released at the IFA Berlin last year and the Galaxy Note 3 is also expected to be unveiled at the IFA Berlin that is going to be held in September this year.
Earlier rumors suggested that the Galaxy Note 3 will arrive with Samsung-developed flexible display called Youm, but later the speculation was brushed aside by the reports that indicated towards production-related delays of the flexible display.
According to the report from a Chinese technology website, My Drivers, the successor of the Galaxy Note 2 will come with a 5.99-inch screen with full HD 1920x1080 resolution display. If that's true, the Galaxy Note 3 will be one huge smartphone.
The device is expected to be powered by the most powerful processor available for mobile devices and the storage also grows with the support of a microSD slot - the Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be powered by an eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor with a quad-core A15 CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz and quad-core A7 CPU clocked at 1.7 GHz.
