Earlier reports of Apple developing an A7 processor for its upcoming smartphones and tablets have now got some 'proof' as some allegedly leaked pictures appear over the Internet showing the chipset and other hardware of the upcoming iPhone 5S.

According to a report from Droid Gator, the motherboard of the new iPhone is going to be same as of the iPhone 5 but the processor is something that is going to change everything. The report is backed by some allegedly leaked pictures.

The website claims the pictures and the information are coming from its sources but it is also not very sure about the reliability of the leaked information.

The pictures show that the size of the phone will not be different from its predecessor and the changes will be made only on the hardware inside. The size of the motherboard is same like of iPhone 5's but instead of an A6X processor this motherboard has an A7 processor mounted on it. The leaked pictures also show that the graphics of the iPhone 5S are going to be very similar to iPad 4's graphics as it is going to sport the same Power SGX554MP4 GPU.

Other specifications, which the pictures can't show, are also mentioned in the report. According to report the iPhone 5S will have a 2 GB of RAM so the speed of the smartphone is maintained even in a condition when multiple applications and task are running.

Apart from these, Siri might also get a major makeover for the upcoming sibling of the iPhone 5. The iPhone 5S is going to have Siri with many language options.

This is not the first time that a report of iPhone 5S coming with A7 processor and 2 GB RAM has come up. Two months ago also a similar reports had come up suggesting the arrival of A7 processor with the iPhone 5S.

The allegedly leaked photograph was posted by iOSDoc that showed Apple's A7 quad-core processor with other components. The website claimed that the picture was released by its "trusted sources."

Meanwhile, another report from MacRumors reported that Apple might put a 12-megapixel camera in the iPhone 5S. If the rumor has any fact in that then the move can be seen as Apple's reply to Samsung's 13-megapixel camera that is launched with Galaxy S4.

MacRumors quoted a Vietnamese blog Tinhte.vn which claims to be getting information from Wonderful Saigon Electrics in Binh Duong that specializes in providing camera modules for the iPhone.

There are already some reports suggesting that the A7 chips are being produced by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Apple has cut its ties with Samsung that produced processors for Apple till A6X chip used in the iPad 4.

According to an earlier report from DigiTimes, TSMC was expected to tap out the A7 processor by March and the chip was expected to move to risk production in May or June.

Apple has already been rumored to move to a more advanced chip making process to give more power to its processors. The Cupertino-based tech giant's present processor, A6 coming with iPhone 5 and iPad with Retina display, is built on a 32-nanometer processor, and the A7 is said to be build on a 20-nanometer processor to give more cores and power to the chip.
