More information revealed from the 'Tomb Raider' front.
Per reports, the Achievements list for Square Enix's upcoming action-adventure title 'Tomb Raider' has been leaked on the Internet with a lot of focus on the previously announced multiplayer mode for the game.
"Remember when Crystal Dynamics announced a multiplayer mode for Tomb Raider just a little while back? And remember how everyone on the internet went crazy and got really angry? Yeah, this probably won't help," a Gamingbolt report states.
As of now, there are a total of 15 Achievements that completely rely on multiplayer, "and while that's not even the majority of the multiplayer, it could still put a few people off, seeing as Tomb Raider is supposed to be a single player focused game that develops Lara's character."
Few of the achievements (as revealed by Exophase) include Archaeologist, where the player needs to collect 75 percent of all relics, worth 15G, and Bookworm, which needs 25 percent of all documents found for 10G. There is also Scrounger where the player will be asked to collect 5,000 pieces of salvage which is worth 20G, Inconceivable, where the player will be awarded 50G for completing all challenges, Intellectually Superior worth 50G where the player needs to complete all optional tombs, and a big A Survivor Is Born worth 75G when the game is successfully completed, and more.
As far as the game's multiplayer is concerned, a few of the Achievements require the player to perform stuff like reach the max rank in the multiplayer (Lvl 60), or kill a zip-lining enemy, or kill 20 players with a turret.
Inside the multiplayer, there is True Commitment which unlocks when multiplayer level 60 is attained, worth 30G, Master Blaster for 20G that requires two multiplayer enemies killed with one explosive, Lights Out with 10 multiplayer enemies killed with the melee attack for 15G, Artilleryman, which requires 20 enemy players killed with a turret in multiplayer, worth 20G, Entrapment for 10G requiring to trap an enemy in multiplayer, and more.
"Tomb Raider explores the intense and gritty origin story of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to a hardened survivor. Armed only with raw instincts and the ability to push beyond the limits of human endurance, Lara must fight to unravel the dark history of a forgotten island to escape its relentless hold," the official page states.
'Tomb Raider' is currently scheduled for a March release this year for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows.
