The HTC 11 reportedly will be released to consumers in April. In addition, recent leaks about a set of technical specifications are making rounds online allegedly referring to HTC's flagship device.

HTC 11 has been the favorite topic of analysts on the Internet recently. Speculations about the upcoming flagship device seem eternal as they seem to appear almost every day. There are those claiming the official name of the flagship device is not HTC 11 but actually HTC Ocean. Evan Blass, a serial leaker claimed that it would be named HTC U Ocean. In addition, there are claims that the device will be released for the mid-range smartphone market.

Another fresh speculation about the device surfaced just recently. This time, allegedly, HTC 11 or HTC's flagship device appeared on Antutu benchmarking platform. It was concealed under the codename HTC. One report elaborated the specs of HTC U phone, having a screen that supports 1,440 x 2560 pixels resolution. Snapdragon 835 SoC drives this smartphone with 4GB RAM and an internal storage of 64GB. HTC CBP is a device run by Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. Its rear camera has a 16-megapixel snapper and a 12-megapixel front camera.

Aside from these specs and features, details revealing further information about HTC CBP are still unknown. Blass gave out information to Venture Beat that the upcoming flagship phone of HTC has a 5.5- inch screen. This would be the third phone to be released in HTC series after HTC U Ultra and HTC U-Play, both were previously launched in January 2017.

According to some leaked information, the new HTC phone has an Edge Sense, a touch -sensitive metallic frame. There is no physical button on the phone but instead, various functions can be accessed through swiping and pinching the sensor at the right and left edges of the phone.
