Samsung smartphone users are no stranger to pressing the home button a couple of time to launch the camera in an instant; however, with the Galaxy S8 getting rid of the traditional home button, it's unclear how users will launch the camera without actually unlocking the device first and then finding the camera app.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Leaks
Fret not! A recently surfaced image (via The Android Soul) gave us a brief glimpse of the Settings app open on the upcoming flagship smartphone. The "Advanced Functions" menu includes an option that says 'Quick Launch para Cámara.' Although the entire text is in Spanish, running a quick translation in Google Translate reveals that users will be able to open the camera by pressing the power key twice quickly in a succession.
If the shreds of information divulged by this leaked image are anything to go by, users will be able to configure the power button to quick launch the camera on the Galaxy S8 or its larger sibling, the Galaxy S8+ simply by pressing it twice in quick succession.

As if that weren't enough, German tech website WinFuture ferreted out more information and also obtained Samsung's official press images of the upcoming flagship smartphones in the company's lauded Galaxy S series.
Forbes' contributor Gordon Kelly divided the all-encompassing details into various sections such as Design and Displays, Performance, and Security to name a few.
