We are just days away from the much-awaited launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and smartphone enthusiasts are already going berserk over getting their hands on the long-rumored flagship smartphone.

Thanks to seemingly unceasing leaks and rumors, everything about the Galaxy S8 has already been revealed; however, the Korean handset maker is also gearing up to launch another high-end smartphone in the form of the Galaxy Note 8.

The lauded Note series got into hot water last year amidst the Note 7 debacle. As a result, the Galaxy Note loyalists have their hopes up in anticipation of the arrival of an exciting Galaxy Note 8. With the skyrocketing hype around the next Galaxy Note flagship smartphone, it's no secret that the company will have to pull off something scintillating in order to amend its run down reputation.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Leaks: Specs & Features

The Note 8 has been subject to all sorts of rumors and leaks. A recently surfaced leak (via SlashLeaks) suggests the upcoming handset could either pack a Snapdragon 835 processor or the company's own Exynos 9-series chipset, based on the region. This will be coupled with 6GB of RAM, up to 256GB of internal storage and a 6.4-inch QHD+ or 4K Super AMOLED display.

Schematics of the Galaxy Note 8 have also surfaced online tipping off a curved display just like the Galaxy S8, in addition to minimal top and bottom bezels, but it is likely to be sharper. It will sport an S Pen slot, a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom edge. On the top edge, there is the SIM slot.

Both the edges have perforations, which most likely are the speakers. If this proves to be true, it will be a considerable improvement in the audio department, according to Gadgets 360.

The popular mobile maker has neither confirmed nor debunked these rumors that seem to be pouring in from all sides at the moment. Samsung is currently focusing on the Galaxy S8 and its larger variant the Galaxy S8+, which are slated to launch at the company's Galaxy Unpacked 2017 event on Wednesday, March 29 in New York.
