Microsoft is expected to unveil their line-up for the April 2017 Xbox Games with Gold free games this week. The company previously unveiled the games for March at around the same time last month, but then again Microsoft hasn't really been following a strict date for when they would be unveiling their free games for the month.

Unlike the previous months, there seem to be no concrete leaks that have popped up for the April 2017 Xbox Games with Gold free games. However, a report from Express has revealed that majority of the rumor reports have pointed to two possible games likely being included.

The two games that are rumored to be included in next month's Games with Gold free games are "ARK Survival Evolved" and an unspecified "Call of Duty" title. It has to be noted that the games might just be wishful thinking at this point, but Microsoft has been known to give in to fan requests from time to time.

While waiting for the April 2017 Xbox Games with Gold free games, paying subscribers of the program can still grab the games that are available to them for the month of March. "Layers of Fear" will still be available for the Xbox One console until the end of the month.

"Heavy Weapon" will also be available until the end of the month, but it will be playable on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One thanks to Microsoft's backward compatibility program. "Evolve Ultimate Edition" on the other hand will still be available for Xbox One players until April 15, which means that there is still ample time to download and play the game until then.

Meanwhile, Sony and its PlayStation Plus free games program has gone ahead and revealed its line-up of games for April 2017. The most notable game in the list would have to be the third person shooter video game, "Drawn to Death." The game itself takes place entirely within a child's notebook, where drawings have come to life to battle each other in a past paced arena.
