"DOTA 2" recently received the 7.02 patch and, with it, changes on talents can primarily be seen. Fixes, balancing notes and more are expected from the said update, showing off both the obvious and the subtle details alike.
According to the DOTA 2 site, measures were taken to the system of "DOTA 2" in an attempt to even out the Solo Druid build. The Lone Druid changes include the Level 10 Talent Attack Range of +200 changed to +175, as well as Level 15 Talent Damage from +65 to +55. The Level 20 Talent Spirit Bear Armor went from +7 to +12 while Level 20 Talent Respawn Time went from -50 to -40 seconds.
It was said that the "DOTA 2" Shrines are now viable to attack after a T3 tower dies, notably similar to the Shrines within the base. This used to occur after all the T2 towers perish and is now a major change. Sentry Wards are also now in packs of one for 100 gold, originally rated at two for 200.
Other heavier "DOTA 2" notes include the Lycan added to CM, Helm of the Dominator All Stats (going from six to four) and the creeps (now providing a constant 125 gold bounty) and Shadow Walk damage changes for Silver Edge (from 225 to 200). There is also the Battle Fury Radius change from 280 to 300 and the Distance from 520 to 570. Heaven's Halberd maim change went from 24 percent to 35 percent, with the cool down shifting from 30 to 22.
As for some "DOTA 2" fixes, the odd cases in which the Dire ancients get stuck between trees upon spawning has been fixed. This comes along with the now reduced spawnbox size for both Dire hard camps. The Meat Hook, Telekinesis and Toss skills now cause neutrals, keeping away from the aggro for a certain period.
The "DOTA 2" update was released in February 8, 2017. Many other changes have come forth for the massive multiplayer title, although the question on whether the changes will be enough is yet to be answered, as per Express.
