In Square Enix's "Final Fantasy XV," leveling up isn't as straightforward as the other games in the franchise. In "FFXV," players must first camp at havens or rest in hotels before experience points (EXP) can be used to level up the whole party. Doing this manually can be tedious, but having a Moogle Charm or two equipped on each party member will help you level grind in the "Final Fantasy XV" game.
One of the easiest ways to acquire a Moogle Charm, which gives a 20% EXP bonus to the character who has the accessory equipped, is by visiting a high-level dungeon, per Gosu Noob. You can get the accessory if you are at least in "Final Fantasy XV" Chapter 3 by heading to Scheir Heights.
Once you arrive, follow the dirt road all the way to the end, then save before turning right. After entering the cave, you will now be inside the Daurell Caverns, which requires a level 28 party or higher. Inside the dungeon, hug the left wall. After you pick up an item on the ground, you will see a fork in the road. Take the right path and squeeze into the narrow opening. You might run into a level 41 Necromancer, and it's up to you if you want to fight it of flee.
After you exit the gap, you will face a level 17 Ronin. Continue and drop down the ledges. At the bottom, head left and cross the small puddle. Stick to the left wall, and cross the ledges to the end. Enemies will show up but you can flee from them. At the end of the path, approach the "cavern-like opening" by the stalactites.
Head straight and avoid the green ponds because Noctis can get poisoned if he steps on the water. A little ways ahead is the Moogle Charm. Some sources say that the treasure you can pick up is randomly generated, so just reload your "Final Fantasy XV" game if you get a different item.

Another easy way to obtain the Moogle Charm is by playing the more expensive Justice Monster V pinball machines at Palsino Street Station in Altissia. Do take note that you must pay 10,000 Gil at the right-most machine. Reach 40 treasure chests to receive a Moogle Charm. You can keep playing to earn more Moogle Charms, and the accessory's effect can stack so if you have three equipped on one character (assuming you have unlocked the Ascension skills for equipping three accessories), they will receive a 60% EXP boost.

The YouTuber also details other ways to get the Moogle Charm such as through other dungeons like Costlemark Tower, Crestholm Channels, and another one behind the locked dungeon door which is also in Daurell Caverns.
