PlayStation VR stocks will be made available next week. Sony PlayStation made the announcement on its official blog. According to the post on the PlayStation Blog, the PlayStation VR bundle will be available in retail stores next week. This bundle was the original one that was made available during the launch of the PSVR headset.

It can be remembered that major retailers went out of stock of the highly in demand VR headset during the holiday season. About a few weeks after it was initially launched in October 2016 for the Sony PS4, stocks for the PSVR headset were declared unavailable by major retailers.

The Sony PSVR headsets were particularly in demand because it offered video game players a cheaper alternative to have a virtual reality experience. The PlayStation VR headset is a lot cheaper compared to other VR headgears like the Oculus. A number of third party retailers took advantage of the PSVR stock unavailability. Some third party online stores even offer the in demand VR headgear for double its original price.

The PSVR bundle includes PlayStation VR headset, two PS move controllers, PS camera, PSVR demo disc and the "PSVR Worlds". The bundle is pegged at $499 US or $699 CAD.

PlayStation, in its blogpost, also expressed its excitement for the PSVR game lineup scheduled to be released this year. The new games slated to be released this year for the PlayStation VR headsets include "Star Trek: Bride Crew" and "Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin".

Another bundle will also be made available next week. Instead of having the "PSVR Worlds" as the included game in the bundle, video game players can opt to have the bundle that includes "Until Dawn: Rush of Blood".

The "Until Dawn: Rush of Blood" PlayStation VR headset bundle is pegged with the same price as the "PSVR Worlds" bundle. This is despite the fact that the games do not actually cost the same when bought separately.
